the problem solved a couple days later and they apologized for delay and what was happened
cgtrader paid, but 0 funds on hyperwallet

hey, does anyone know what is going on, my revenue has been paid by cgtrader but the available funds on Hyperwallet shows 0$, also the transaction id on cgtrader is 0 , does somebody have an explanation for this?
